Encourage her to see a doctor, Bimbim.
The dizziness and sensitivity to sound may or may not be serious, but should be checked.
Her phobia of people is very treatable, either with a psychotherapy or medication. However, she has to be willing to make the first move. Taking that first step can be very hard so she will need lots of encouragement and support, and sometimes some frank talking, too.
Best wishes

Hi! My mom has problems with dizziness and sensitivity to sounds and is in bed most of the time. Problem is, she seems to have a phobia of people and won't see a doctor. What can I do for her?
