This past Wednesday was my **th birthday!
Yes! I know! I share my birthday with a ground-hog and yes I’ve seen the movie Ground Hog’s Day, it’s actually one of my favorites!
Anyway… lol
every year my hubby and Meg-a-roo make me a special meal for my birthday!
So I thought for this weeks Food Fight Friday I’d share what they made for me this year.
First up a mouth-watering treat called Steak Diane.
The meat is so tender it literally melts in your mouth!
Believe you and me I had no problem cleaning my plate!
Next up was Meg-a-roo’s fabulous Victoria Sponge Cake, which almost set the house on fire!
YES I’m that old! *wink*
She did a wonderful job with a little help from daddy!
I have to say it was a lovely day! From family to friendly well wishes I couldn’t have asked for much more!
