Guided Imagery for Anxiety
Posted Sep 07 2008 8:36pm
Focus on a pleasant scene:
- It could be a serene, gentle waterfall
- A beautiful spring day
- Or, a cozy bed
Imagine the sights, sounds, smells, and textures of the scene. Picture yourself relaxed, calm, at peace. Immerse yourself in the pleasant scene.
Let your anxious thoughts go. Let them go. Let go.
Have a joyful day!
