I suddenly feel really nervous and all im doing is sitting at home. This is strange because home is my safe place and i have no problem with being left on my own.
I have this horrible feeling of dread and i've suddenly come over quite tired. Maybe its because i took my Citalopram (30mg) today for the first time in over a week. I know you shouldnt just start and stop medication but i've never had any problems in the past. I feel quite horrible now, i hope it passes soon.
