Easy Aromatherapy

Posted Jan 14 2009 5:45pm
An easy way to reduce anxiety, relax and set a mood is to light a scented candle.

Certain scents can have a calming effect on your state of mind. Try a candle scented with lavender.

Think of a happy time or memory. Was there a scent involved? A candle that smells like chocolate or baking cookies may help you relax by triggering the mood of that time.

(My favorite is apple cinnamon)

Have a relaxing and tranquil week,

Katie
