Ah, the holidays…

A time of joy, togetherness, and celebration (at least according to the greeting card companies).

For many of us the holiday season conjures thoughts of never ending to-do lists, rushing from one crowded store and long line to the next, juggling complex relationships, all while managing our already hectic every day  schedule.

Imagine maintaining a sense of inner peace as the holidays near.

Imagine feeling centered as you go about your day.

Imagine looking forward to the holidays with a sense of optimism and joy…

I’ve created a brief holiday mindfulness meditation mp3 to help you do just that. In just 5 minutes, you can regain a few moments of inner peace. (It’s kind of like a mini- trip to the spa that you can carry with you and listen to whenever you need it.)

Meditation is a great tool for reducing and managing stress (and, as an added bonus, there was a recent study from the University of Wisconsin-Madison that found meditation appears to prevent or reduce the length of colds )
