I love the holidays. Big ones, small ones, doesn't really matter. If there's a holiday to be celebrated, I'm going to celebrate it! Today I decided to bake cupcakes in honor of St. Patrick's Day. I also made a trip to Michael's and brought what was left of the St. Paddy's Day supplies, (it wasn't much) so I could make our house feel more festive. To top it off, I even made corned beef and cabbage for dinner. I'm kidding about the corned beef thing, but I did make roasted potatoes if that counts.
These are Snickerdoodle cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. I got the recipe from The Recipe Girl . These are my absolute favorite cupcakes!
