cold sore spot in middle of chest, short of breath, pain in rib cage, disgusting taste in mouth even when brushed, is it just an

I was diagnosed with anxiety a while ago, say 6 months, but it went away when i worked on it, but suddenly for the past week iv been having painfull symptoms. Pain in chest and back, upper and lower, chest feels cold and dry. pain is mostly in ribs and muscle, but its causing sever shortness of breath.  messing my studies up because of it....
