After anxiety attacks, can you be left with extreme weakness in your upper body, including neck and eyes?

After several anxiety attacks in a couple weeks, I have felt extremely weak and shaky, is this normal?
yes, I usually feel weak, dizzy, and shaky after I have an anxiety attack
the fact that you have had a lot lately is just making you feel even more weak and shaky
because you are feeling this way, you will be less apt to try to prevent future anxiety attacks
try to find a way to have less (or none(but ik that that is really hard)
go see a doctor and see if he can give you anything to help
anxiety attacks stink, ik from experience
good luck
