I am ready to make a change in my life. I think walking/exercising on a regular basis will help me do that in a positive way. I used to run marathons. Now I am sedentary. I want to start by walking 30 minutes 5 times a week. I'm hoping this forum will help me with my goals.

I'm not sure how this all works, but I'm giving it a try. It will be fun to learn. Please excuse any unintended faux pas I may make along the way during this process. Yesterday, I began by walking 40 minutes. Today I will do the same. During the week with work is where things get dicey.
