Well, after my last blog I experienced a setback that through me off course for over a year, but now I am back and have lost over 10 pounds since starting back up on my heathier attitude. YEAH

Well, the summer is over and soon heading into the holidays at the same weight as I was in the spring :-( But I do think one or two lbs of fat may have converted to muscle from increased activities :-) And I know my cholesterol is improved since then.  I need to stay mindful of the candy and other holiday snacks that will soon be ever present.

I'm continuing with wearing the Pedometer to make myself aware of my activity level (or lack of).

I joined a Yoga class 2 weeks ago, and a group weight management class this week.

I attended the Stanford Wellness Fair last week and I am encouraged to learn my cholesterol numbers are improving since I started to take niacin supplements this year. And I won a Yoga mat and exercize bag from the fair!
