I would like to hike to the top of Mt. Diablo this year. Hire a personal trainer so I integrate core strengthening and leg weight lifting into my program.
Run in three races this year: My ususal The Running with Bulls 5K and two others, the Dipsea Run and the Father's Day Run.
Play in a basketball league this year breaking a ten year drought from playing.
Learn more about and commit to exercise-related/active travel especially the road to Santiago de Compostela in Northern Spain with wife and two daughters. I'd like that to be my next big trip.
Eat less sweets, eat more fruits and vegetables. Spend less money on lunches. Bring healthy lunches at least four times a week.
