Having tired of the physical and psychological rigors of desk-life, I recently decided to move in a more active direction. I am training to become a physical therapist, which combines both my creative and health-conscious interests.
I study Muay Thai (Thai boxing), Yoga, and mindful eating. Through these processes, I have learned a great deal about my body and health.
I believe in building a strong consciousness of body (and its workings). By maintaining a healthy lifestyle - ever-strengthening the mind-body relationship - we may guide our bodies through the natural process of aging with greater poise and understanding.
