Hey Amy, How's it going?

How is the running going? I was never able to run cos I was too heavy and my knees could not handle it....but now after a year of treadmill and elliptical....I can run!! I run 5 miles a day, three days a week and I love it! I plan on running Bay to Breakers this year!
