After graduating with a B.S in Management from Boston University Business School, Amie followed her passion for cooking and healthy living through training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan.

She understands how difficult it can be to find time in our hectic lives to create a home cooked, nutritious meal, but is here to show you how easy it can be.
