thc treatment for anxiety what studies are there

Posted by dgladen

looking for any information leading to medicinal marijuna for treatment in anxiety and combativness with dementia, Alzeheimers, or Lewy Body Dementia. There has to be something here. This drug has so many positive benefits and so little side effects. Tht maze of drugs given my mom almost killed her last weekend. Nobody knows what they are doing. It is a big guessing game. So, why not try something that is not life threatning, wont shut down liver function and can make you feel good?

Hey

i have been using marijuana for my anxiety for years. i do not under any circumstance recommend that you start using it unless you can get it steadily because you will notice a huge difference if it is not being used. also it cannot be used when anxiety is naturally occurring, ie. break up, fight, death etc. it may only be used to settle the un natural anxiety ie. your anxious for no reason, thoughts running wild in your head before you go to sleep. i understand that this happens to everyone hence counting sheep but i assure you it is much worse for someone with diagnosed anxiety. it may also make your anxiety worse especially if you get an indica bud. you must get  a sativa strain and you really must know about the stuff before you go out and get it. also get it from a trusted source, ideally you would want a prescription, but i doubt that is a possibilty. it can also make you very very testy at times. to be honest it might have the complete opposite effect on you but you will never know until you try. and i can guarantee that the anxiety will be worse if you get an indica as they make you think extremely clearly whereas sativa makes you sleepy and giggly. it cant hurt to try but like i said make sure you can get it steadily or there is no point and you will do yourself harm in the end.
