Memory loss???

Posted by C.L. R.

It seems I can't remember the simplest things. I've read that there are herbs and vitamins that claim to increase your focus and memory but I don't want to try testing them out without endorsements. Any tips?

I've heard ginkobaloba works for improving your memory. I also suggest working on cross word puzzles and reading. Doctors recommend this for older people to prevent memory loss, so it's never too early to start!
Ughh. I hate a crossword puzzle more than anything. That could explain a little bit of this. But have you actually tried ginkobaloba or know anyone that has? I've heard about that as well but I'm really looking for something that someone could say, Hey I've done this that works!
I haven't tried ginkobaloba, but it's worth a shot...
Here is an article with various supplement recommendations. GiGi recommends Acetyl L-carnitine to enhance your memory and green tea for cognitive enhancement.
There are physician-formulated products like Memory Matrix which help to maintain brain health. These contain nutrients like Vitamins B12 and Citicoline (a form of Vitamin B) and a few herbs including blueberry extract. Along with supplementation, you should also exercise your memory. Doctors say our memory skills are just like our muscles. They need to be exercised to enhance greater performance.
