Last night I participated in a presentation with my local Alzheimer's Association and a hospice group on the challenges of later stage dementia. The audience was comprised of caregivers but I was surprised at the number of men in the group.
My part of the program was a discussion on simple home modifications and afterwards, "Greg", who cares for his dad, stopped by to talk with me further.
