For years I resisted taking HBP prescription drugs. In the fall of 2007 after reading a very good book on Healthy aging and the Blaylock report, I bought from heath food stores about 20 give or take supplements recommended for healthy heart and to bring down and maintain healthy BP. To get the recommended therapeutic dosage all I could find were the individual supplement. It was very incontinent for one but would have continued but my BP did not come down to the normal healthy level. Are there any combinations (with at least 10 of the 20 supplements recommended for a healthy heart and with adequate therapeutic levels) available? I am taking metoprolol but would rather take natural stuff but have not had any success of positive results.
