The realm of physical exercise must be qualifed to include HOW the exercises are performed. If we are doing rote, repetitious movements with little cognitive awareness of what it feels like to move, and if the movements are NOT efficient and/or optimal then our brain is not increasing intelligence but in stasis. Watch any young child learning to move and you will see the evidence.

I need some exercises for stroke mostly my right arm and right foot.
