can you get preg. if your boyfriend fingers you with some cum on his fingers?

my boyfriend fingered me.. after he left it came to mind that he could of had cum on his fingers becuase i had given him a hand job.

is it possible or likely that i could be preg if he fingered me maybe with some cum on his fingers?
