when i used nivea moisturing cream .pimples are increasing why?

It could be that your skin is not liking any of the chemical ingredients that many commercial moisturisers contain.

 It also might be that the moisturiser is too heavy for your skin type, you might need a lighter cream, so it could be throwing off the natural Ph balance of your skin which makes your skin over produce oils in an attempt to rebalance itself.

 Either way sounds like you should try something else, maybe an organic cream that isnt as heavy as nivea.
