what medicine can I take with metoprolol for a bee sting or spider bite

Hi,I get a really bad reaction to bug bites and was wondering what I can take with the beta blocker Metoprolol,I know I can't take most anti histamines because of the pseudoephedrine,I think I took benadryl once.
