what does a centipede bite look like?

we recently moved to another place and I have noticed we have centipeds. Not thinking anything of it at the time I woke up one day with a bite on my new tattoo. It hurt and itched at the same  time. it looked like a regular bit and then it sort of flattened like a blister after it busted. it continues to itch but doesn't hurt. but lately I have noticed instead of going away it just keeps getting bigger. rounder  but still flat, almost like a brn after it heals, hollow inside but the surrounding outside is hard and elevated a bit more. i don't know what to do i dont have a doctor here and I am afraid it might be serious. after i saw a centipede crawl out from under my bed when i was going to sleep i thought that it may have been the culprit, though I wasn't entirely sure if they were capable of biting at all. i looked up some stuff and found that they are but mostly they cant break human skin, but then i htough if my skin was already sensitive and vulnerable from the tatoo that it might be able to. i have been serching for hours now and i cant find pictures of any bites simalar to mine, the fact that it keeps spreading wider is really freaking me out. shouldn't it be gone by now?
