what do i need if i have a nunny nose, sneeezing,and nasal congestion?

the answer is, "it depends." if the symptoms are long standing and not associated with fever or a feeling of malaise then treating for allergies is appropriate. If you have those other symptoms as well, then you  probably have a virus, and if the runny nose is yellow or green then you have a bacterial infection that would benefit from antibiotics. And importantly, which medicine you take to treat any of the above conditions depends on your general health. For example, if you have high blood pressure you may not be able to take certain decongestants. Thus, for individual advice, its best to call your personal physician who knows you and can offer the best advice that is tailored to your individual needs.
