what can cause the left side under your throat and left side under you tounge to swell then form a little white bump with in sec

I felt a sharp pain on the left side of my face mostly under neck and my tounge, do not know what and how it happen then i started to swell just the left side and when you touch it, it feels like a lump. and under my tounge is really red and swollen, then a little bump came up with in secounds?
