small, clustered bumps on left inner forearm that itch. more appeared over night. now theres some on my right arm.

before the bumps first appeared, i felt a small pinch or bite, soon afterwards there was a mosquito-like bite. only a few hours after, the small bumps appeared. its been about two days now, and i have the small bumps on both inner forearms. could it be an allergic reaction to a possible bug bite? or food? (i work in the back of a restaurant and get free samples)
