About a week ago I noticed what appeared to be a pimple or two on my chest. After further examination of the spots I noticed it wasn't acne related. There are about 13 of these spots spread all of my body now (arm, under arm pit, thighs, mainly chest and stomach). The spots look like flat slightly raised bumps that do not itch or cause any discomfort. What due you think this could be?
