Look no further, here is something that is quick and delicious for on the go or if you have a picky eater in your family like I do.

This is another nice little safe food allergy safe treat for my nephew and a good way to sneak in Quinoa and Avocados as he won't eat them by themselves.

For this healthy breakfast recipe you will need the following
Blender
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Ripe Avocado
1 cup Rice Milk

Place all items in the blender and blend until smooth. That's it and your ready to go. I hope you enjoy this healthy shake recipe!
