I was diagnosed with a mild cow's milk allergy a few years ago via blood test as the scratch tests do not yield a result. Is it possible that this reaction is from eating more dairy in the past week than usual? Usually I refrain from eating any kind of dairy except the small amounts in store bought breads or the little bit I put in my coffee in the morning. I don't want to go back to the doctor since none of their testing is presumed to be effective or able to really diagnose. I just want to respect what is going on with my body and be able to take care of it appropriately! Help!
