Everyone in this house was eating the traditional 'English Fried Breakfast' today, and I have a notorious dislike for a platefull of grease and heavy fried foods, it makes me feel heavy and bloated for the rest of the day. Not nice, so I rarely eat this institutional fare of the English breakfast table! I definately wasnt eating it today! So this is what I had instead!
1 Starfruit, in 1/4 inch slices
2 Kiwi's, in 1/8 - 1/4 inch slices
Handfull of raspberries
Raspberry flavoured greek-style live yoghurt
Arrange the fruit on a plate, put the yoghurt in a small dish
