my stomach feels itchy inside sometimes but no rash and it's annoying and i have diary products intolerence

i went to the doctor once and he told me to take a medicine (lacta_plus) before i eat diary products and i took it for a while and i couldn't find that medicine or something alternative and i 'm not taking anything now and yesterday i had milk and cereals
