my son had some ice cream with peanuts, 10 minutes later he had his lower lip swollen like a big bubble. Could this be allergy

This is the 2nd time he has peanuts. The first time (and only) we gave him peanut butter he threw up. Since then we haven't pushed anything with peanuts (he is very picky anyway). He is now 4.
