My Husband has a Swollen nose and eyes

Hello,
My Husband has a Swollen nose and eyes are Swollen as well. This is the first time he ever had swollen nose and eyes. What should we do??? He says that his nose is very painful, his eyes are very swollen.
He suffers from allergies every year but never had a Swollen nose and eyes, please help, it would be greatly appreciate thank you!
