my body has blister type swelling

i am a male. since 0830am i have developed some sort of a allergy. it is on my neck,eyes,bum,balls, penis,side of the chests,back legs. when i itch it the lumps go from 1pence size to the size of a medium egg. i cannot stop itching. do you know what can i do for this.
