Large Knot Size Bumps on Scalp?

I have these Large Red Bumps forming on my head. Almost like knots. It resembles if I was to get hit in the head with something hard. Allergen maybe? They usually go away in less than 24hrs , but then form in other areas on my scalp. Please let me figure this one out.
