Kyle Dine is Back in St. Louis for National Food Allergy Awareness Week
Posted Mar 04 2009 4:35pm
The Food Allergy Fair 2009 plans are already underway w/ the date set for Sept. 12th in the morning @ the Kirkwood Community Center. Last year, we were lucky enough to have Kyle Dine perform as one of his first US performances. BUT, this year, he can't make that date work. However, he is able to do a performance on Thursday, May 14th @ 4pm so people could come right after school. The cost would be $200, and we would need a place for him to perform like a school auditorium, library or what have you~hopefully for free. ARE WE INTERESTED? This is during National Food Allergy Awareness Week, but I need your help in planning something. Ideas and someone to take over planning are welcome. Here is his website .
The metro east FAST group on the other side of the river is planning a walk for FAAN on October 17th in O'Fallon, Illinois. Everything is still in the early planning stages. Lori Tillock will post more when details are available for those who are interested in participating and/or volunteering. Gateway FEAST will not be able to hold a walk at this time as we need volunteers for the Food Allergy Fair and Circus Flora first, so this is the venue for you if interested.
Lastly, I am hoping to hear from more people who will volunteer to help wipe seats for Circus Flora's Peanut-Free Preview Night.
THIS GROUP WILL NOT RUN WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS!!! PLEASE STEP UP AND HELP!!! Send a message to FEAST @ aafastl.org
