My pediatrician thinks the itchy, red swollen blotches that come and go underneath my baby's eyes (lower eyelids) are seasonal allergies - but the baby doesn't have any of the normal symptoms of seasonal allergies (runny nose, watery eyes, etc.) Does this sound right? If this is the correct diagnosis, are there any homeopathic/natural remedies that are safe for a 1 year old?
