Hmm I have the same thing that you described, after I felt something bit me in the middle of the night the next day there were about 5 welts about 1/2cm in size and it was itchy and also painfult which made me think it was a spider bite, today I looked at it and althought the welts are not as inflamed there are new small red pin prick type spots like a rash, dont know why it has been hot where I live so maybe that made it worse, either way I think if you are worried you should go see a dr or least go to a pharmacy to get some topical cream. The main thing to look out for is severe allergic reaction symptoms like swelling of the face and difficulty breathing. If that occurs you would nead instant treatment as it could be very serious. But that is if you have a severe reaction which is more on the rarer side. Probably just need a topical cream but get it checked out.
If mine does not look better by tomorrow I am going to the doctors.

I woke up this morning with some small, itchy and red bumps which resembled insect bites undertneath my belly button. Throughout the day they were itchy, so I covered them. I noticed this evening that the amount of them went from about 5 to around 20. They are very small, like pin pricks, but very itchy. Im worried about how fast they multiplied. Please give me a peice of mind! :)
