My boyfriend has a rash on his back, arms, and chest; swelling in his hands, arms, neck, ankles and urethra. He is having trouble urinating due to the swelling but does not have associated pain. His hands and fingers are painful due to the swelling. He is also having sinus drainage and decreased energy. He does not have an appetite.
