The very back of my tongue, towards my throat feels swollen and sore. I've been smoking off and on but not serious about it. I'm 20 years old. I stopped smoking for a while and the pain eventually went away. I smoked one cigarette yesterday and the pain came back. Can't really afford to go to the doctor right now but if it's serious, I'll make it happen. Really worried, I've been having this pain in the back of my tongue/throat for almost a month now.
