I cannot figure out what it is... and this morning i woke up with crusties in my eyes.
From your description there are a few possibilities; a viral infection, allergic hives, or urticaria. These symptoms can all be improved with over-the -counter antihistamines if your doctor approves it. If the symptoms are not long-lived and go away w medications, your doctor may not pursue further tests. But if the symptoms become chronic he may get various blood and allergy tests.
