i woke up this morning with a fluid filled blister on my nose. it has been weeping this fluid all day and is very sore.

 I have never had a cold sore or had anything like this before. could i have been bitten by something in my sleep or am i allergic to something? i dont think it could be a cold sore on my nose?? are there any other reasons you could get such a thing?
