This is the second time this month this has happenned.  I start feeling very hot from the inside out, almost like I am leaning against fire.  Its from the waist up, very red rash like a severe sunburn.  It lasts for about a hour.  no other symptons of breathing problems or swelling just severe sunburn pain.  what is causing this.
