I'm allergic to nickel, iron, and titanium - how do I get a ceramic artificial knee?

I've had a lymphocyte transormation test showing the severe allergies - a test run by a lab with Rush Medical Center.  But don't know who implants ceramic knees and how to get one quickly.  My current knee contains the offending metals and is causing huge medical problems.
