I am a 53 yr old male. I have never before had allergies until this year. My condition is has become so severe that I can no longer use my CPAP! I cannot even sleep thru the night. I wake about 4 - 6 times from sneezing. Day time is hell with the alergy symptoms asnd lack of sleep. I am now concerned for my general health. Due to HBP which is controlled with medication, I cannot take any decongestions. My doctor said that I should use an antihistamine as well as a saline nasal spray. The former doesn't do anything and the latter only works for a short while. Is there anything else I can do? Please help! Thank you. Jeff S.
