I have itchy red bumps on my left inner thighs for last 8 months. since then the itching increases with time.

this bumps also forms in any part of the body for 2-3 days causing a very high itching in that area and then disappears and then forms in any other part of body but my inside my inner thighs it remain same for last 8 months.please help
