I have incredible itchy palms especially at night and putting them in cold water soothes but as soon they itch again

My hands are red as i rub them near to raw. I dont seem to have a visible rach just blotchiness. I have tried betnovane cream but to no avail. I have also started suffering from hayfever for the first time in my life.
