I have a swollen nose and partial swollen face and an ear ache. Everything hurts to the touch. Cheek bone hurts also.

How swollen is it? if the skin on the nose and face is just a little swollen and not discolored you probably have a sinus infection. But if the skin is very swollen and discolored you may have a more serious infection called cellulitis. A cellulitis is an infection of the skin that often starts some where else, like the sinus, and spreads. it can become an abscess (pocket of pus) if not treated early and would require surgery to drain the infection. 

 Either way your next move should be to see a physician soon.  Either a primary doctor or an ENT specialist.
