I have a red rash in my groin area including inside thighs. the rash feels warm. Also rash under arm pits.

This rash has been with me for about 4 or 5 days.  It doesn't itch particularly but the skin is somewhat sensitive.  Could I be allergic to something for the first time ie. say tomatoes?
